    Awesome shallow 10s in downfire subthump box!

    Great speakers for a shallow mount in my 05 crew cab duramax in downfire subthump box took some time getting them to fit perfect in the box... cut out was tight.but got them in an breaking them in they sound great paired with 1200.1 skar amp.with 3 farad stinger cap. 0 gauge wire. Wired to 1 ohm .If looking for quality sound be sure to match up box specs. Sealed says recommended .65 cu mine is .55 cu but sounds good for an underseat set up I was surprised....I got to keep my seat space... but this speaker was borderline to big depth wasn't an issue it was magnet size an cut out...instead of drilling hole through the inside of box to parallel the speakers I jus did mine in out side of the box an wired 1 sub to the amp. Skar is by far great quality for 100$ per sub and I got mine shipped in ...

    Great subwoofers

    Bought these because they are supposedly shallow mount. They may be compared to other skar models but the magnets are big. Don't get me wrong. Not complaining but put them in boxes under my rear seat in my 01 dodge quadcab. Did not come very close to fitting in the boxes. Had to do some major grinding on the inside of the boxes to make the magnets clear. Sound great. Amazing bass. Running them of a 1200 1ohm skar monoblock. Shakes my truck pretty good. Dynamatting the entire inside of my truck was completely worth it. So clean

    Awesome subs affordable price quality in and out one of the best subs I’ve ever owned sound is so clean perfect for my super duty f350 fits great in small sealed box very impressive alpine mrp 1000 makes them sound excellent cleanest tightest bass and hard punch thanks skar for quality price and clean sound keep up the awesome work I’ll be buying a amp too too push them harder love them fellas!!!!!

    Good brand & Products

    So I bought a pair of the shallow mount subs Skar VD-10s 500 rms and coming from someone who builds subs they were pretty well built and took more power then I expected. Currently on a sundown audio 1200 watt amp and they get low and loud in a ported under seat pickup enclosure great sub especially for the money!!!!! I sold my JL AUDIO TW1 10S for these! Jl audio is overpriced and over rated for no reason SKAR FTW!!!!!!!!!

    Heart Pounding

    bought these ,BECAUSE my Skar 400.4 compact/COMPACT class D amplifier blew 2- JL Audio 10W3's off there rubber surround's ,So Impressed i bought these 2 and a Compact 500/1 mono amp all this through a Audio control LC7i Line driver and WOW! these Freak'n Hit the lows, when i set the gain's on 40Hrz. man the excusion, from the double stitched cones , this is my new Company, very pleased with all there products, coming from Jl Audio ,and the newer Kicker products, SKAR is like the old Orion HCCA amps, well beyond there means of POWER.
