A wise choice
When choosing a sample of southern hard rock .This should be one part of your collection. Jim Dandy (stage name ) has a very unique voice his teaming up with Ruby Starr on "Jim Dandy to the rescue" is so full energy. They play off of each other magnificent well. Overall the quality is outstanding. The cuts on the CD is well planned out the overall energy from all band members is amazing throughout the whole 2CDs set.It is definitely worth the money I spent on it. I glad I purchased it. A good investment.When choosing a sample of southern hard rock .This should be one part of your collection. Really know southern rocknroll boogie sound
BOA was never given the respect for their impact, partly because of a lack of top 20 hits, they werent that kind of band, but thats not a knock or measurement of their ability or talent, it just does have a effect on how well you are known and remembered by the masses, the actual fans, this sales or chart numbers didnt mean a thing , if you like the southern boogie rock sound, BOA is right there at the top and this is a great coverage of their years, double disc and worth it. You"ll love it whether its newer or old to you. All i can say in closeing is i did see them live in 74 and they were good, this doubledisc cd is all you need to go back or discover this funky, jumping band that never got the respect or due it should have. It has the triple guitar attack made famous by the southern ... great band ,has alot of there hits so instead of buying all the albums , you get a collections of some of there best songs ,2 discs
Great band that seems to have fallen between the floor boards . think that they got pushed aside by the allmanbrothers molly hatchet , skynyrd , I enjoyed this 2 disc set a good listen

Must have BOA CD
This has all of their best songs!! Remastered for great sound. If you were a BOA fan, this is the one to buy. Jim Dandy's voice and attitude was hard to beat during this time. His cockiness, no pun intended, shows though out their music. Takes me back to my 1st real concert, I was probably 12. Boy it sure was fun back then. Nothing this good, has come out of Arkansas since. Would highly recommend.This has all of their best songs!! Remastered for great sound. If you were a BOA fan, this is the one to buy. Awesome product,very pleased highly recommend.
I,ve been a BOA fan forever.(Back in the 8 track days)!! Been looking for one song off the xrated album on a cd, off and on for a while now. Finally on this cd there it was ( Strong enough to be Gentle ) to me one of the best songs they ever had! I had to have it. This whole album is great! Takes me way back to some great memories.
