An Angel comes to visit and changes everyones lives.
This holiday movie is one of our all time favorites. An angel comes to help a Bishop (David Niven) and his wife (Loretta Young). Dudley the angel (Cary Grant) helps everyone to believe in the season of Christmas. It is not just a time to be busy and frustrated. We sometimes pack so many things in such a short period of time that we forget to celebrates the real reason for the season. Even though this movie is and oldie it still rings true today. Blessings, EnjoyThis holiday movie is one of our all time favorites. An angel comes to help a Bishop (David Niven) and his wife (Loretta Young). Great movie, hard to find.
The movie is probably my wife's favorite and you can't find copies easily and it's not shown on the media. So it was great to find it here and it made her Christmas brighter. The delivery was very good. Only downside is that the price was way high. Would not have done it at any other time of year.

The perfect holiday movie. Great and inspiring story. These three actors are at their prime. Just looking at them makes you smile. Cary Grant, Loretta Young and David Niven - Bravo.

The BISHOP'S WIFE is the focal point of this story that brings HEAVEN down to EARTH. Cary Grant is a PERFECT angel who brings the embittered David Niven around to being the loving husband his wife needed him to be and the devoted minister his congregation needed him to be. This great movie cannot HELP but be a heart-warming reminder of the REAL meaning of Christmas. And the COLORIZED version is SO MUCH BETTER!The BISHOP'S WIFE is the focal point of this story that brings HEAVEN down to EARTH.
