So unfortunate that after I gave you all the discount in shipping and took a lower offer for the laptop that was in perfect condition and delivered on time, you will call me a scammer because I didn’t give you a partial refund on an item that works perfect and you claim you wanted to keep even tho you stated is not working, very sad that there are people trying to take advantage of small time resellers, you are furious because I didn’t let you get away with your plan of getting free items 🤷

Box was torn up and blown apart he tried to fix with screws but it didn't work he knew the box was no good and was not in the description said nothing was wrong with it

Is unfortunate that you received your item in that condition, every item I ship is exact as the pictures posted, this item was revised and was in good condition when I left it at FedEx, it was an 80lbs box anything could happen in the way, I apologize for the inconvenience but as you can see in the pictures of the posting the item was in good condition not torn up or blown apart, hope that you file a claim for the shipping insurance that should cover the damage, thank you for your understanding
