    Xlnt field guide type book - great pictures

    This is a great book for the beginning star gazer. As a beginner, I learned a lot, and I would recommend this book to anyone exploring our solar system with binoculars. There are a ton of useful tips and facts in this wonderful little field guide type book, and the pictures are excellent.

    Extensive material re stars and specs on binoculars

    In the first, and largest part, they give extensive material on viewing various constellations, which is fascinating and useful. Then they give everything you wanted to know about buying binoculars, which does what, every type I've seen advertised, and what all the terms mean. Great price, great info. Plus it doesn't cost a lot. Buy it!
