SENSATIONAL SPECIAL FX, GOOD PLOT AND ACTING ALL AROUND, A WINNER!!!
We already had a VHS copy of KOMODO but wanted a DVD copy for increased clarity and durability. This is an excellent film with exceptional special effects and a good plot, commendable acting ability across the board. I would recommend this movie to anyone who loves creature features. It is the only film about Komodo Dragons which also makes it more attractive and unique. I do have one caveat, though. It may not be for the squeamish since it has some scenes of what I would consider barbarism and it also candidly addresses the plight of the unfortunate dragons in the movie. Entertaining
This was the best out of several komodo movies I was spell bound by the actors I think they did a good job.

Great horror movie with an realistic twist. A greart price too.
Originally, I bought this movie in VHS format. I was further amazed to discover that the Writer of Anaconda and the Special Effects Creator of Jurassic Park correlated to bring this movie to life. I saw the movie and thought, "Wow this is a great horror film." The movie opens on an island off the Florida coast. A driver receives a crate of eggs, that he eventually dumps, not caring what they might contain. A family comes to the island for a vacation, are attacked, the parents killed by an unknown intruder, and leaving only one survivor. Later the son returns to combat his fears. It was a revelation to discover that these animals actually existed. They live on a island in or around Indonesia. Much of the animals' behaviors were duplicated realistically and adequately. One ...
