    Needs some work here and there, but it does help if you want to lose weight

    I'd start by saying that if you have the previous Wii Fit, this isn't worth the upgrade at the full price - there are some new features, but nothing worth buying it new. I like that there is a calorie goal function that tells you when you burnt the equivalent of a particular food, and the new balance games are fun enough. You can also set up your "My routine", which is a set of exercises to do one after the other; but on the other hand you can't have more than one routine saved at the same time (this would be useful to aim at particular muscle groups each day, to leave them the time to recover). I personally got mine second-hand and I'm happy to have done: in 3 weeks or so I've lost about 4 kilos, even though I don't always have time to exercise; although I do other activities and not ...

    Great fun, highly recommended!

    I bought this product to try and challenge myself and my fitness a bit more. I was getting a bit bored of the wii fit alone and fancied a change. It certainly lived up to my expectations! The new games are brilliant fun and certainly a lot more challenging. They also focus on hand eye coordination now as well which makes a great change. The added features include tailoring a workout to a specific area and showing you roughly how many calories you're burning, plus much more. It has certainly revitalised my interest in the wii fit and made it more fun and challenging again. Definitely recommended!

    LAUGH AND GET FIT

    This is such a great product. Anything that gets you off the settee and jumping around just has to be a good thing. But Wiifit Plus goes so much further. If you want to get fit and laugh at the same time some of the modes supply just that. How come my nine year old grandson can ski jump with ease but I always end up as a rolling snowball ? Can any adult take more than a couple of steps along the tightrope before falling off ? And if you want do some serious more targeted fitness training without putting yourself flat on your back there are lots of modes to choose from. 20 minutes a day is all it takes to improve your fitness. Give it a go !

    Nintendo WII Fit Plus

    Received this item but cannot rate it as it is as yet unused. Bought it just before Xmas - arrived quickly - not used over Xmas period as away from home. Immediately after New Year into hospital for triple bypass operation and still convalescing. Physios have given simple light exercises to do now. Inappropriate to use any WII exercise prog until at least 3 months after the operation. Sorry. FORM WILL NOT SUBMIT WITHOUT A RATING SO FORCED TO CLICK AVERAGE - HOWEVER PLEASE IGNORE THAT RATING AS I WISH TO LEAVE IT UNRATED AS IT HAS NOT BEEN ASSESSED AS EXPLANED. PLEASE AMEND FORM TO ALLOW FOR THIS EVENTUALITY!!!!

    brilliant game for fun and fitness

    I bought this on impulse, I had seen ads on TV and it looked good, but I spotted it on ebay for a really good price and just decided to buy. I bought the balance board on the same day but while the game arrived really quickly I had to wait weeks for the board, when it eventually came and I tried the game, straight away I was hooked. I loved all the personal data it gave on BMI, balance etc, I tried the yoga and enjoyed that even though I had never tried yoga before, I tried the muscle exercies which were hard then I found the fun games, hula hooping, karate, cycling, segway, there are some games I don't like; football, skiing, but on the whole it is fantastic with a wide range of activities. If a different version came out I would definitely buy it and I have recommended this to lots of ...
