Product Information

The first game based on the popular Disney attraction, The Haunted Mansion has players navigating the dark and foreboding Gracey Mansion while solving puzzles, interacting with ghosts, and piecing together the mystery surrounding the abandoned property. Players will make their way through a banquet hall, grand ballroom, armory, conservatory, attic, mausoleum, and more while figuring out a way to bring the restless spirits haunting each room to peace. The action is played from a third-person perspective behind the lead character of Zeke Holloway, a would-be caretaker armed only with a lantern, who soon learns he must switch on the mansion's numerous lights before going about the unsettling business of collecting all 999 trapped souls. <br><br>In order to find and activate the switches, players need to complete a variety of interactive puzzles, explore hidden passageways, and confront creatures such as giant spiders. Yet players are not entirely alone in their adventure, as the voice of deceased fortuneteller Madame Leota helps shed light on things where even Zeke's lantern cannot reach. This lantern is much more than a common tool, with the ability to fire projectiles as well as suck-up souls like a vacuum. The lantern can also be powered-up by completing tasks for some of the game's friendlier ghosts. As Zeke advances through all 20 rooms, he'll need to overcome being shrunk to the size of a pool ball, dodge flying plates, and figure a way out of several other paranormal predicaments lurking behind each new door.

    This game will not register in Silver GameCube Systems!!!

    Just a Heads Up to Anyone planning to play the Haunted Mansion on the GameCube console. This game will not work in the Silver GameCube. I went through THREE copies of Haunted Mansion before I finally thought to try this game in my Black GameCube... instead of my Silver GameCube. And.. walah! Haunted Mansion worked great in my Black GameCube!!! Sorry I dont have any in-game details. I havent played much of this game yet because I was having trouble figuring out why this particular game (every copy I bought)... would not work in my Silver GameCube! It was driving my crazy! Finally.. I thought to try the game in my *Black* GameCube. Low and behold.. the game works in the black one. Just giving an honest "Heads Up" to my Fellow Gamers out there - dont waste your time trying to play ...

    Great purchase!

    For 2003 this game was pretty intricate for being based on an amusement park ride and a corresponding eddie Murphy movie that had nothing to do with it 😂 they have a fun storyline, challenging levels and good physics but just make sure you get a memory card or its all for not because you can’t find this one on Steam! Amazing stuff! Thanks

    Exactly what we wanted

    It is a fun game and it was what my daughter wanted. Some games have pix elated graphics, but this one is the one she cares about.

    Awesome Game, very scary not for faint at heart.

    Bought game cause it&amp;apos;s somewhat of a horror game. i like the creepy 3D stages, lots of scary action, lots of spiders &amp;amp; other things that gos bump in the night. it&amp;apos;s a maze like game, walls move, doors that can drain your life if your not careful, ghosts that tries to attack you, and other things too. not much to dislike this game, I&amp;apos;ll leave product compares to others for the next buyers&amp;apos;
