I contacted the seller about one of us making a claim with USPS and they were apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault, and refunded me. I’ve bought other shoes from them and they arrived fine. Shipping was fast, but “packaging” was a plastic zip lock bag with the shoes, inside an inexpensive plasticized paper envelope. Packaging costs were less than $1.00. No bubble wrap or tissue paper. So I think shipping costs were too high.
