    I can't recommend it, but again it works for some people.

    I had high expectations for this book as it was recommended by a friend, but it just didn't hit the mark for me. It seemed more like psychological double-talk...If I tell you it is so, you should believe me. I'm the kind of person who needs detailed proof if you want me to change my opinion or thinking. Didn't work for me, but has for others.
