Notes

      Excellent Vocal Harmonies & Drums

      Lost and Gone Forever is a very easy album to enjoy, and it employs some great elements that you're not really going to get elsewhere. First of all, I love the hand percussion from drummer Brian Rosenworcel (this is their last album before getting a drum kit too). I also love the excellent vocal harmonies between the two vocalists Ryan Miller and Adam Gardner, especially in the album's opening track "What You Wish For"- it's like an extended vocal range, the two singers go together so well. The simplicity is also pretty amazing; pretty much the only instruments that this album consists of are hand percussion and two guitars. There isn't really a bad track on this album, I'd recommend it to just about anyone.

      Guster's Lost And Gone Forever - Versatile & Beach-y

      Of Guster's studio albums, Lost and Gone Forever is my favorite because it shows a more emotional and versatile side of Guster. There are the drum heavy and rocking songs like Barrell of a Gun and What you Wish For - but there are the slower, more powerful songs like Happier and SO Long. Lost and Gone Forever showcases the creativity and various skills of Guster as each song moves from one style and beat to the next. The end result is a CD that is made for open-window drives and beach days. 1. What You Wish For 2. Barrel Of A Gun 3. Either Way 4. Fa Fa 5. I Spy 6. Center Of Attention 7.       Fun and cool disc of tunes.

      Another great CD. Each CD they put out is different from the others but all have been purchased I'm glad to have made.

      Ships & Dips III Headliner

      I decided to purchase Lost And Gone Forever by Guster in preparation for the Ships & Dips III cruise this past January. I wanted to familiarize myself with Gusters' music prior to seeing them live. Very happy with this purchase. I enjoy their sound. Looking forward to seeing them next year on Ships & Dips IV!
