    Item is as described in post, great quality, clean, not damaged, great purchase. I'd like to point out that it was also shipped promptly, arrived on time, but the local post office refused to send me any notification of it arriving. Therefore I only got it today, almost a month late. The seller is at no fault, they shipped it on time. So I am highly satisfied with my purchase and the seller, highly recommend them for anyone on Ebay. Great books at great prices, amazing experience.

    Definitely recommended!

    This is a fun collection of five half-hour cardio workouts (no equipment required) from Exercise TV, each with a different instructor. Certain routines work better with various personalities, but all instructors are genuine and upbeat. Although they are intended for an intermediate fitness level, they aren't as challenging as some of the newer DVDs out there. Perfect for keeping yourself moving on less intense days. Some sections have complex moves and some focus heavily on squats--not for people with bad knees or a bad back. They are obviously trying to promote a certain brand of fitness water, but the built-in water break precludes the need to pause the tape. You'll have a good time and won't dread your workouts!

    Variety of fun workouts

    This is a great workout if you get bored easily. It features 5 instructors and 5 workouts. The dance routines are a little bit complicated at first, but fun nonetheless. Would recommend it to anybody wanting a good cardio and toning workout. Would not recommend it to a elderly person because most of it is very fast paced.

    Star Trainers-Cardio

    I am very happy with this. It has several different complete workouts in one DVD. I feel that I got my money's worth. There is a great variety of aerobic workouts because each section is led by a different instructor. It was not the same old boring aerobics moves.

    Great workouts, great trainers

    I have all the Star Trainers workouts and some Exercise TV workouts and I can honestly say they are all great workouts. The trainers are easy to follow and the workouts are great.

    Not my favorite

    Not great, not horrible. There are 5 different workouts which is wonderful except I wasn't overly fond of any of them
