Exercise at home
I have had some Richard Simmons' VHS tapes and wanted a new DVD. His workouts are very easy and yet get the body and circulation moving. He goes slow enough that even if you don't know the routine, you can pick it up. And you can stop at anyplace or rewind the DVD and do it again if is it something you didn't catch on the first time thru the exercise routine. He talks as you exercise so you could almost close your eyes and do it. It doesn't matter your size or movement capability, it will work for you. Excellent DVD and I like the music. It seems to fit the work out routine. YOU GOTA LOVE RICHARD
This exercise is just what middle age people need. It's fast, fun, makes you swet. I need to exercise because I hate dieting, I found that I can keep my weight where I want to if I have a workout that is paced fast enough and has the right moves...this one does. It took about five times before I was able to memorize the dance steps but, it was worth it. You will love the music, the dance steps are fun, and it only take 30 minutes...I like it so well that I do it twice a day...it's that fun.This exercise is just what middle age people need. Just right
This video is only a half hour and is not overly taxing. That makes it just right to fit into a busy day to get some exercise but not knock yourself out. It makes exercising fun.

Super Fun and Easy!
Oh my gosh! I absoluetely LOVE this DVD! Its so fun and the music is very motivating. I love the songs from the 60's. You really don't feel like you are exercising....I couldn't believe it when it was over..I was like..its over already??? This is ridiculously FUN! I highly recommend it. I plan on getting more of his DVD's. I am almost 53 years old and this is super easy to do, and did I mention FUN?? lol.Oh my gosh! I absoluetely LOVE this DVD! If you've exercised with Richard before, you know it is very fast paced and you do get a work out. As I've aged, I don't catch on to those dance moves as easy and fast as I used to. There isn't any instruction as to the dance steps before hand, the music starts and you start moving fast........ I would and probably will buy another Richard Simmons dance exercise tape, but just be aware there isn't a "lets do this together and walk through the moves first".If you've exercised with Richard before, you know it is very fast paced and you do get a work out.
