The seller was great. They even adjusted and price matched. Unfortunately, I have to return since the product itself isn’t what it advertised as. Doesn’t hold my Sony camera with its lens. Even though it’s listed as one. Tried the whole day but looks like it’s a common issue. Waiting for the seller to respond back with the return label.

It works great. I did start off with problems but they helped me understand how to balance it and it works perfect with my Sony zv1 camera

The gimbal doesn't work, even though I have already balanced properly and calibrated it, it's tilted to the side on the default position and it tilts up slowly, the freaking joystick is completly broken. What a waste of time, I tried contacting the vendor and I got an automatic email from Ebay telling me that the vendor is OoO for the next 5 days, how convenient. Dont waste your money here.
I'm trying to contact Zhiyun without any success yet.

I now have (4) of these lights, (2) are the older model and (2) are the newer model I bought in this transaction. Skeptical at first but they came in factory sealed. They didn’t come with a changer as mentioned in the description but it’s not hard to find a 100w usbc changer. Highly recommend this seller, great product and fast shipping.
