    If you like vegan cooking but miss things like chicken, she nails a vegan version that tastes like chicken. Only recipe over the years that I will use over and over. Great taste and TEXTURE. I'll even give these recipes to meat eaters and watch them think they're eating some poor dead animal, when in fact, it's compassionate cooking. Recipes are not difficult. You'll laugh when you read her antics on each recipe. Love this book. She's great. Buy it.
