Good trail camera, easily concealed due to small size
Camera is easy to use and easier to conceal due to its size. I have been using it as a surveilence camera on our farm and plan to use them for scouting deer this fall. I attached one to a tree to monitor our driveway and my kids didn't know it was there. As far as performance, it has good trigger speed and takes great daytime pics, however, the nighttime ones are not as good as I hoped due to the limited range of the IR. The true test will come this fall scouting deer. I do like its simplicity and the viewing screen....now I dont have to wait to get home to review what the camera caught. Overall i would recommend use of this camera as I have used others and it compares well with them.Camera is easy to use and easier to conceal due to its size. Overall I am disappointed with this product, it works, but the flash distance is less than advertised. Picture quality is good in daylight outdoors but falls considerably indoors or in poor light conditions. This product is advertised as an invisible flash, this is not true, in darkness the flash is LED Red, not blue. The flash is not very obvious unless you are looking directly at the camera so probably okay as a game camera but not as a security camera. Lastly, there is no address of the origin of the manufacturer with any of the literature that comes with the camera, no phone numbers, nothing so although they send a warranty card it would be of no value. I am skeptical that this product is OEM. Although I cannot prove otherwise. Despite my initial skepticism this camera is ... The battery life is less than advertised but i suspect that holds true for all cameras of this type, however it is capable of connection to an external 6 volt power source which is a plus.

A month ago my family house was frequented by an outsider who jumped in from the back of the yard, during sleep times and when me and my family was not at home. After long hours of searching I decided to make a compromise. So I bought this little camera. The best choice of my life. Reasonable pricing. Camo - hard to see, great picture and movie capabilities. After a week we found our unexpected visitor and the local police made an arrest of him. Furthermore my father is a hunter, so we deploy the camera to his hunting locations. Well what should I say... never seen foxes, deers, skunks and other wild animals this close to my own camera, and even at nighttime before. Who ever is thinking about purchasing this camera and has doubts. Forget them! This camera has it all! Worth every dollars! ... Great game camera with many features and a good value for your money
To be honest, I was a little skeptical about buying this game camera because it wasn't from a well know manufacturer, but it had so many features at such a great price I gave it a try. So far I am extremely pleased with it's performance. One of it's features that I was concerned about was the three motion detectors instead of the normal one that all of the other well known game cameras had. The manual explained the reason for three sensors as follows. The two side sensors activate the camera and get it ready to take a picture. When the subject continues to move into the center sensors area the camera takes the picture instantly. The result is if an animal runs past the acorn camera it usually photographs it in the center of the picture. I have another, more expensive, well known, camera ... The acorn camera has just about every feature that all other game cameras have rolled into one unit, including a built in color viewer. And it costs less. The only concern I have left with this camera is that it has an implied warranty, but has no warranty information in the manual, such as, a phone number or address to send it to if you need warranty service, however the seller assured me that if I have a problem within two years after purchase to send it to him for repair or replacement. I've been using it for several months now with no issues. It appears to be a great camera.

This is a great trail camera. My husband loves it. It is compact, easy to use, and takes great pictures. He loves the playback feature so that he can look at pictures in the field without bringing it back to the house for review. The camo print lets it blend in perfectly with trees. Would definately recommend to friends for purchase.
