    very descriptive tome

    Easy to use and explains everything from A to Z. Canning can be done by a novice person; and for the experienced person, it explains alot! This is our second copy..this one bought for a 'newbie' canner (i'm now an expert of 2 years) to go along with her 20qt. kettle, etc. thank you.
