Miss Potter
Love Renee Zellweger and she was great in this movie as was all the cast. My son grew up on Peter Rabbit and all the other characters. I have the complete set of her books and the artwork alone is wonderful. Film shows the beautiful homes and countryside in England and it's just a heartwarming film.

The title fits
This movie is well done! It's great to see the life of Beatrix Potter portrayed in such an engaging way. Her story is very inspiring to me. She overcomes setbacks and sorrows in her life, writes and illustrates books that have become all time favorites for kids and kids at heart the world over, and preserves acres of beautiful pristine land in the Lake District in a land preservation trust for all to enjoy and appreciate. This movie is a delight to be watched again and again!This movie is well done! It's great to see the life of Beatrix Potter portrayed in such an engaging way. Her story is very inspiring to me. Enchanting and Unforgettable
Firstly, I have loved the Beatrix Potter Books since Childhood...I had rented this Movie several years ago....and then purchased it...when I moved recently, the majority of my DVD's were lost...so I have been replacing my DVD's as I think about them, from my ebay...This is such an Enchanting film; I can watch it with my Grandchildren...and I; of course, have given them their Beatrix Potter Books. It is a Lovely "Old Fashioned" Love Story,plus a joyous Romp with our Great Friends Peter Rabbit, Mopsy, Flopsy and Cotton Tail, and do not let us forget Jemimah, Mr. McGregor and all the Rest...May Beatrix Potter and her Publisher Mr. Warren live in the Hearts of Us All Forever. Dee Shaver McQuirk Little Elm. One of the best movies I've ever seen!
The movie "Miss Potter" is a splendid picture of Beatrix Potter's life. It allows a person in modern times to feel empathy for a single young woman born in the 1800s. Beatrix is depicted by Renee Zellwenger in the film. She is a strong woman that will not marry just for the sake of society's rules. Her mother is very class conscious. Her father is ruled by her mother. Beatrix finds and loses love, then she finds love again. Her love of nature is quite breathtaking. The legacy that she leaves the English people is awesome. She was a conservationist as well as a philanthropist. I purchased the movie, so I could watch it over and over. It is a clean movie. There is nothing offensive in it. As a teacher, I applaud this because so often I cannot show movies in ... The movie "Miss Potter" is a splendid picture of Beatrix Potter's life.
