Item was said to be tested and working fine. Would not work when I received it. Informed seller with no reply. Reported to ebay. Still no response. Ebay made them refund the money. Never heard a word from the seller. I would avoid this seller at all cost. Plenty of sellers on ebay that will respond to messages and take action when there is a problem. But not this one.

    Just What I Needed

    I previously used a Drinkwell fountain with a pump. It worked well for several years, but my home has hard water and it was getting increasingly difficult to clean it. I am very happy that I switched to this. It holds enough water for my three cats for around four days. My power bill went down $3 from not running a pump continuously. It is really sturdy and very easy to clean and handle. The price is excellent too.

    Microban 1-gallon automatic pet waterer

    The only complaint I have about the product is the difficulty of seeing how much water is still in the reservoir. Perhaps adding food coloring to the water would solve this problem; but, one should not have to do this. My previous self-waterer was a snap to see how much water was still in the resrvoir. Thus, I see no reason why this product does not provide similar visibility.

    Well made

    This product was exactly what I had hoped for! It is very well made, not easily tipped over, very easy to fill and clean! You can use with or without the filter. I would highly recommend this product.

    Great product!! ⛤

    I totally recommend it. It makes my life easier. No need to use a water bowl for my dog. I can just fill the 1 gallon bottle and it will dispense automatically. No need to worry about giving my dog water.

    Lightweight with easy cleaning.

    My dog drinks a lot of water and I had to fill his water bowl at least 3 times a day. Now that I have the Automatic Pet Waterer I fill only every other day. I love the product.
