Help for the hurting
If you have been hurt, if you came from a dysfunctional home or suffered some type of abuse in your life, you need to read this book! I have given out a number of copies over the years. All the recipients said they were helped or the book was a blessing.

Life changing!
I found this book to be the most comprehensive book on why we are who we are and how to change. It is both Biblical and practical. I first read this book in a training class for lay-counseling and it answered questions about my own life and how I thought and acted. I am now a counselor in an addiction center and use much of what I learned from this book in my teaching and counseling. I purchase this book used in multiple quantities to give to our students.I found this book to be the most comprehensive book on why we are who we are and how to change. Healing for Damaged Emotions.
I ordered the wrong book. I wanted the workbook, which seller said I could exchange. We used this book in our Stephen Minstry training class and I have recommended it to a class of women with emotional problems. I am soooo glad I have read and used this book. I would recommend this book to everyone even if they don't think they have emotional problems. It makes you look at yourself and learn how you can handle different emotional situations that arise in your life and learn how to change some your thinking and deal with them easier. In Christ's love we are healed!
I highly recommend this book. It brought clarity to areas of my life and help me understand why my ex-husband was in capable of having a loving,committed marriage.But most of all there is nothing we will ever experience that Christ Jesus has not already known or experienced.His love has freed us forever...in him we are healed!

A must have book for anyone suffering from 'Live'.
Way back in the mid 80s a female friend of mine had this book sitting around, so I picked it up and started reading. Boy...it sure was what the Doctor ordered. See, I had just gone through a hard emotional breakup with my college sweetheart and wasn't making any progress. After reading just a few pages, I was hooked. Healing for Damaged Emotions is a staple in my Christian book collection and a "Must Read" for anyone going through...'Life'. I even give out copies during Christmas and as necessary, because it worked so well for me.Way back in the mid 80s a female friend of mine had this book sitting around, so I picked it up and started reading.
