Amazing true drama of God 's faithfulness in horrifying circumstances.
The lves of Kim and Krickitt are truly inspiring. If you need hope that God can keep your marriage through trying circumstances this is it. Faith in action! A down to earth story telling style told from Kim's perspective. Proof that when two people are committed to their marriage no matter what that God will provide a way for them to keep their vows and grow in love. The writing lacks polish and the details are somewhat gruesome, but the content is 5/5!The lves of Kim and Krickitt are truly inspiring. Fantastic story! Much better than the movie.
This is the true story of a committed Christian couple and their very supportive families. It tells about how they met and how a strong bond developed between them. This story, unlike the movie, emphasized their strong faith in God and how it held them together. The characters in the movie seemed pretty superficial and harder to develop a bond with. Don't get me wrong the movie was pretty good. But in comparison the movie didn't even come close to the book. My advice: Buy the book, forget the movie. A Must Read for EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
One of the best books I have read in a very long time!!! It isn amazing and miraculous journey Krickitt Carpenter endured. It is a story of faith, perserverence, true love and devotion. A MUST READ for all. I bought this book because i have suffered memory loss and only recovered pieces of it. I was intrigued by this story and truly inspired.
