    More Than A Taste-----....HARDCOVER 2001

    The cookbook is part culinary road map and travel guide. There are recipes from 5 regions along with tips on restaurants, wine bars, etc. The book has full menus from antipasti to desserts. Many of the recipes are fairly simple, but a few are time consuming. It's a beautiful book from Biba.

    Biba's Taste of Italy by Biba Caggiano

    I own a copy of this book and love it. I bought this particular book for my sister(because she is a fabulous cook). I had been looking in book stores for this book, but never found such an agreeable price. I am Italian and this book is one of the best Italian cookbooks I own (I have about 30) (I'm a pretty good cook,also)
