Love the Show
This set from this seller was at a good price. I think it's sad that not only this series but other series cost so much by stars that have already made it famous and have a not only successful career but financially set for life. Many purchasing these videos are our elderly, on disability, who can't afford cable, etc. These are the shows of the past that kept them smiling, laughing and will continue to do so. Let's get the word out so that hopefully they will reduce the price on these oldies but goodies. I'm writing this on behalf of the elderly that asked me to purchase for them (they don't have access to the computer, etc.)This set from this seller was at a good price. I think it's sad that not only this series but other series cost so much by stars that have already made it famous and have a not only successful career but financially set for life. Many purchasing these videos are our elderly, on disability, who can't afford cable, etc. These are the shows of the past that kept them smiling, laughing and will continue to do so. So happy I got this one, haven't stopped laughing for 2 days!! Worth the $$
They chose 5 of the very best episodes for this DVD, and they chose well!! So funny, and a very talented cast! Love the beauty pageant episode where Bullethead tries to win the Miss Booker T. crown, and the one with Miss Greer and her fav professor who is a psychologist, the role playing scene is priceless. Cedric the Entertainer playing Grandma Puddin' is another great episode, and guess who's the teacher when Steve, Ceddie, and Ms. Greer have to go to mandatory computer class?!!! Isabelle Sanford (The Jeffersons) guests as Steve's mom and is outstanding. This is the best of the best!!!They chose 5 of the very best episodes for this DVD, and they chose well!! Only 5 episodes but good entertainment.
I didn't realize that it only has 5 episodes. I like the episodes but, WOW, only 5? Not a good value.

Great DVD!!
This is one of my all time favorite TV shows. I was so upset when it was decided not to continue making episodes of this show. It was said that Steve Harvey wanted to work on other projects so he decided to end the show. Why shows like this end and other shows (which are complete garbage) continue to air on TV is beyond me. Again, I think that this was one of the best TV shows ever aired and certainly it "made" Steve Harvey a household name. Highly recommended.This is one of my all time favorite TV shows.
