I did not receive this item BUT before I had reason to become concerned this seller contacted me to tell me that they had not yet received tracking information from their supplier so they were issuing me a full refund. They asked that I contact them if I should receive the item later. The refund was done immediately. Wow!!! Great people! That kind of customer care is very, very rare these days~taking care of an issue before a complaint was even made!!! I HIGHLY recommend this seller!!
