All you need - & more - & less!
Hard to know where to start on this; I will start with my search for the “perfect” amp head. I wanted something that married the best of both worlds, those being the warm tube sound and the reliable, powerful “D” amp. This hybrid is unique mostly because of its pre-amp, which consists of 4 tubes, 6 stages. & studio quality optical compression; buying a bass compression pedal was on my list, but now I have scratched it off, as the controllable compression with gain, compression, and volume functions does all that a $250 pedal will - so figure that into your costs as saved money! The EQ functionality is also incredible, esp with the 3-way adjustable midrange switch. After experimenting with all these functions, I feel I can dial in any tone I want, esp in combination with an active/passive ... Hard to know where to start on this; I will start with my search for the “perfect” amp head. The tone is warm and pure, and the volume is incredible. The orange glow of the unit looks awesome in darker settings. I have it connected to a Kustom 410G cab which is rated for 1000 Watts, thus I don’t dare dial it past half-way - fortunately, I don’t think I’ll ever need to...but don’t be fooled, you can turn this down using the compression to practice amp volumes while still obtaining that satisfying sound you thought only possible from a loud tube amp. I think this would be a great value at twice the price. Get it, and get the footswitch, too (I got a refurbished one for less than $20 and am very happy with it).

A tremendous bass amp in every respect and a great bargain for the money!
This VEYRON bass amp really has a tremendous amount of power and boasts a very nice set of tone controls similar to AMPEG.and comes with a great onboard compressor. With that said I don't know if this amp really puts out 2000 watts but with a couple of my Ashdown cabs a 4X10 and 1X15 running a 4 OHM load it literally shook the walls of our rehearsal space. I can't imagine any bass player ever needing anything more in the way of a bass amp - it has the power the tone and its lightweight in size.The best bang for the buck I've ever found in 40 yrs of bass playing 5 stars! Dont pass this by
I have owned a number of amp heads over the last 45 years, and I can say this is my favorite go to amp head. Ya its a Chinese head, but it is a well thought out and executed Chinese head. TONS of power, and great sound. I use this head with an Orange SP410 cab and push the 1000 watt output @8 ohms to the max and shake the stage. It really is a great sounding head.

Absolutely Awesome!
Everything a Bassist needs. All the power you could ask for, tube crunch when you need it, compression to smooth out the volume, and warm, full bass tone. Small and light, I can leave my 60 lb. rack head at home.

A great bass amplifier!
This amp is very powerful but easy to achieve an array of different sounds. Don’t be fooled by It ‘s size, it will rock you!
