The box arrived crushed on one end. The Arcoroc bowls that were wrapped singularly were fine. The 4 that did not match and were taped together were broken. Since I only wanted the Arcoroc bowls I am ok with the purchase. However, the description wasn't accurate as the 4 did not match the rest. They are similar but not the same brand. In addition, You either need more bubble wrap or stronger boxes!

    Best single cup coffee maker!

    Best feature, you can make a cup of coffee as strong or as weak as you prefer. It will actually make a strong cup even when using a K-Cup pod. Extremely easy to use and clean. My only complaint is that they forgot to give it a power on/off switch. A slight inconvenience because you have to plug and unplug the power cord. Once you plug it in, you will be 3-4 minutes from a hot cup of coffee. I bought 3 to give as gifts. All 3 loved it and threw out their other coffee makers. And last, the unit seems to be built to last forever.

    How noisy can a pod brewer be?

    The good: The quality of the machine is obvious- Bunn makes good stuff. I use it only for brewing with Melitta dark roast pods, and the flavor is excellent. The pulse brew feature allows the full flavor to be extracted from the pod. The bad: The vibration generated by the internal pump is ridiculous. It will actually vibrate the cup around on the metal grate and moves the coffee maker on the counter. It's noise resonated through the wooden counter and forced me to try to find a resolution. I added some padding to the bottom and put a small square of industrial velcro on the counter where it sits, to keep it fro0m moving. This solved the problem, but it's too bad I should need to go to this extent.

    Great Versatility!!!!

    I used to brew a pot of coffee that would last me all day. Now I brew one cup at a time and can do different flavors when I want to change up. I am no longer limited to one type as the versatility of this machine gives me a wider range of options. Whether I want to use grounds, k-cup, tea leaves, or just plain hot water. It is easy to change the heads. The only problem I had was fitting a tall mug under the head. But I found that if I remove the metal piece and put the mug in the tray underneath, it will work.

    Outstanding and versatile coffee maker.

    Looking for a coffee maker offering the convenience of the k-cup system, but concerned about the reliability issues many have had with the Kuerig units, I did some research online and found some highly favorable reviews for this device. Once I started using the unit I realized the favorable reviews were well earned. The maker is very flexible, allowing the use not only of k-cups, but also loose coffee and tea, pods or bags, and plain hot water. The maker is very easy to use and makes an exceptionally flavorful cup of whatever you want to make. The maker is very robustly constructed and appears to be very durable. It is covered by a two year warranty. I has the misfortune to have to call the customer service number due to a self-inflicted problem and the young lady on the phone was friendly ...

    Looking for a one cup wonder.

    I and my wife drink coffee and tea our old coffee maker died after two years, so much for K cups. New maker Mr Blank was not making it the coffee seemed not to be fully developed. Jumped online did some research and found the Bunn My cafe unit, comes with all you need to make coffee, tea, etc. Unit needs to have power shut off switch added since home use would not need to be on all the time. Miss the auto timer. What it does do makes one hot full favor coffee at a time, quickly. The extra splash choice gives you richer cup by just pushing it before brewing. Being stainless means it will remain working for years to come?
