      Item was exactly as pictured. I had some questions that weren't part of the description so I sent the seller a message and got a prompt answer to my query. I was satisfied with the response so I went ahead and made the purchase. Thankfully they were local so I could pick it up and I did exactly that. Will not hesitate to buy anything from them.       Another fine addition to my Ame-Comi figure collection. Shipped on the 21st and arrived on the 23rd in great condition. There was a little confusion during shipping because a glitch at UPs showed packages as being delivered to buyers when they arrived at the UPS sorting plant in Scarborough, Ontario. But that's on UPS rather than the seller. Regarding this seller I recommend doing business with them and hope UPS fixes their glitch soon.

      H E A V Y - but will run and run and run...

      This thing is HEAVY, and I'm used to the 6AH batteries at 2.25lb, but I think this one is 3.2lb. Not a huge difference from what I'm used to, but if you're coming from a regular battery, watch your wrists! The 6AH battery would last me 2 days, this one will last about 3 days, just like the designation implies, its about 1/3 more battery. The power in both is amazing, and the quick charger can get even the 9AH charged in about an hour. Definitely recommend for larger tools, or if you really can't stop for several days and need to keep going.

      Lasted 15 minutes. Then would not take a charge.

      Received battery and charged it with DeWalt charger until fully charged. Tried to use it to cut lengthwise a weeping beech 18” x10” log to use as a woodturning blank. Within 10 minutes battery overheated. Let it cool down and battery showed 1/2 charge left. Tried to charge it but wouldn’t charge. Used up the rest of the battery charge trying to finish the cut. Battery failed. Tried to charge it but not even a glimmer from charger. Switched to my DeWalt 6 amp battery which only had 1/2 charge and finished the cut Plus DeWalt battery had enough charge to cut through another log of the same wood, diameter and length with more charge left. Recharged DeWalt battery so I know charger is working just fine I was warned about after market batteries but figured this had good reviews so took a ...

      Good Purchase if looking for More than 20v power

      Exactly what I expected. It came in original packaging and was a brand new battery. Date was this year and not old. Charged and worked great. Glad I moved up to the flexvolt. Power difference is easily noticable. 9ah is definitely a better option than 6ah if you can afford it.

      Plenty of power to handle the work at hand

      What's good about the DeWalt DCB609 Flexvolt 9AH Lithium Battery is the power you have to run your tools for extended amounts of time vs. the smaller batteries. Especially with some of the tools that drain the power faster than others. Yes, it's a bit heavier than batteries of lesser power but I feel the trade off is worth it. With some tools it actually adds to the balance of the tool and improves the handling capabilities.
