À propos de ce produit

Product Information

The trio of titans returns with some fiendish friends in this update to Midway's city crushing coin-op series. Rampage: Total Destruction once again features super-sized gorilla George, luscious lizard Lizzy, and wily werewolf Ralph as they smash buildings, dine on tourists, and battle the armed forces while razing and wrecking seven bustling cities around the world. Damage to surrounding areas will gradually increase each monster's rage meter, allowing it to perform super moves while fully enraged. For its Wii debut, Rampage features more detailed environments and characters compared to the earlier GameCube version.

Multiple power-ups ranging from strength enhancements to damage multipliers are lurking throughout the 3D cities, as are 34 hidden monsters to unlock for both solo and multiplayer action. Featured creatures include a shark, squid, rat, lobster, crocodile, and lion, as players engage in cooperative matches or competitive battles with up to three other friends. Multiple control configurations offer players the option to use either the Wii Remote for all actions or a standard GameCube controller. The game also includes the arcade versions of Rampage and its 1997 follow-up, Rampage World Tour, as a bonus.

  • Almost there

I bought this being a fan of the original game. It has great new monsters, vastly improved graphics but it falls horribly short in the form of monster control. Made for the Wii the controls are based on movement but that does not work well with their attempts to have depth in the play area. I would have preferred a way to turn off motion control and use the old school button control.

  • Fun Multiplayer Game

Despite the reviews that you may have read on various sites. This game has the ability to keep you entertained for hours. I tried it for the first time with a friend in co-op mode and we played non-stop for countless hours because of all the characters, stat points and other unlock ables that you could obtain. We had good times good, good laughs, and good memories. If your looking for a fun party game that all ages can enjoy don't think twice about picking this up.

  • Highly Addicting!!!

My eight-year old son and I love playing this game together. We play together to destroy various cities including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, New York, London, etc. Each city is eerily similar to those actual cities (with a little twist on their famous sites ~ for instance, Ghiradelli Square in San Francisco is called Chocolate Square). You have to destroy something like 5 blocks within each city, each within a specified time frame. Your enemies are the police and military who are trying to attack you from airplanes, helicopters, building windows, tanks, and the ground. To get rid of them, you can stomp on them, pound your fists on them, punch them, or if they're on the ground, you can swipe them up and eat them (which actually gives you more power)! Along the way, you can ...

  • Accurate title description

It's a really fun old arcade game thats been updated with 21st century graphics. The game is really fun in two player mode, to team up with your kids. My 7 year old daughter, really gets into destroying the buildings and tossing cars. There are several methods for destroying buildings, (punching, kicking, stomping on the roof, etc..)There are several hidden prizes you can earn by smashing the buildings, and cars, street cars, light posts etc. The game contains no blood & guts, or bad language, just alot of stress releiving building destruction (After all, your a large, very powerful monster !!). *DOWN SIDE- The game also has the old arcade version installed to play on the disc -- it's good just to see how far we have come since the early 80's, but the game play is soooo outdated and ...

  • Busting buildings down can be fun!

When we got a Wii for Christmas this year, my wife and I picked up Rampage and Super Monkey Ball for it. My 6 year old and I like the rampage games on the PS1 and so we figured we would give this a try. We started out standing up, swing our arms and battering buildings. After standing for 45 minutes or so, we decided to sit down and bash away. Eventually our arms got tired and we figured out that we could destroy the buildings without waving our arms in a bashing fashion so we settled into the routine of playing it like a game on an old school system. The game itself was fun and had it not been past his bed time and the wife would be home soon, we would have kept on playing. This is a really nice twist on the old Rampage games. It has much more depth than the previous Rampage games ...
