I just got this book, but it’s an excellent shape. I think it’s going to be a great read. It definitely talks about acid in your body and things that we tend to forget they were eating or drinking that can cause acid and gout in our bodies. I just started, a few months ago on the carnivore diet and that helped me drop a lot of weight to begin with but something wasn’t working out so between the two doctors information I am going to figure out the problem with the acids before my carnivore

    Don't Judge the Book by the Cover

    Irecently purchased a Nintendo DS Lite. I wanted to buy games that would be mentally stimulating. I bought this game in hopes it would satisfy that requirement. Maybe I haven't figured out how to use it, but it's not at all a package of GAMES. It's extremely limited in variety; it forces me to go through a tutorial of sorts each and every time I go in to play a game (Suduko, in particular) and it is just NOT AT ALL a variety pack of Brain Puzzles. I am thoroughly disappointed.

    Challenge Me: Brain Puzzles (DS)

    There are only 2 types of puzzles to play, Soduku and Picture Logic. The description by the game creator is deceiving, you get the impression that there are more than 2 types. There are many different games to play, but only 2 types. I like the Soduku puzzles, it is easy to figure out how to play with this game. I do not like the Picture Logic puzzles. There are no instructions on how to play this game. Even making a first move is difficult, I have not found any helpful websites for this game either. There should be instructions on playing the games included.

    Don't get this if you don't like feeling dumb...

    Graphics are bad, instructions are worse. I could NOT figure out what they wanted me to do to solve the picture puzzles! Sudoku was beginner level at best. Go challenge yourself with some other game.

    DISAPOINTMENT

    This is an aweful game! It looks fun but the cover is a clever disguise to get you to buy this game. I can't seem to play the picture puzzles and the instuctions don't help ANY! I guess if you only want a Sudoku game then is would be a great game for you!

    NOT a good choice!!!

    This game is nothing like the box says. I have not been able to get to anything but sudoko type games. I thought it would be a fun and challenging game but it is not. I would not not waste my money on this one.
