I should start by saying that the Seller has refunded full purchase price, so on that account I can not complain.
however the overall experience has been disappointing.
Purchased item after messaging BEFORE the purchase to confirm stock availability and was advised “Yes” so I proceeded.
Then delay after delay, excuse after excuse.
This is the only purchase where I have had an issue in my many years of buying on eBay.
