A refined interface encourages a smooth flow of events, while maintaining the turn-by-turn pacing that define the play of earlier Might & Magic games. Limited action points and area-of-effect factors emphasize tactical play.<br><br>Throughout the main campaign and in various single- and multiplayer modes, five distinctly empowered factions battle for domination of the realm: The holy empire of Haven; the death-worshipping Necromancers; the Stronghold of the proud and savage Orcs; the mystical monsters and water spirits of Sanctuary; and the chaotic Infernal, creatures of vengeance and hate, released from their hellish prison in the plane of fire.<br><br>The narrative is a prequel to earlier games, set in the world of Ashan 400 years before the rise of the Dark Messiah in Heroes V. Multiplayer options include online matches and the fan-favorite Hotseat mode. Might & Magic Heroes VI was developed by PC strategy game specialist Black Hole Entertainment, creator of Warhammer: Mark of Chaos, in conjunction with Ubisoft producers.

    This is a good game, but not as good as previous versions.

    Actually I am disappointed. This game seems to have gone backwards in terms of improving from previous versions. You can't strategically place your troop prior to combat. Or sit out troops during combat. The custom games even set at easy are almost impossible. You build your armies as usual then out of the blue comes a super power that wipes you out. It is still a good game and may be better online. As I prefer to play single player games this just is no where near as good as the last three plus expansions. This seems to be the way Might and Magic goes though as the last Might and Magic game (Might and Magic IX) went backwards as well. (in VII and VIII) you could make your own potions In IX you found them already mixed as well as other things.

    Fun game once you get beyond all the softwear bugs.

    Great game. Has a bunch of glitches that need to be worked out by going to Ubisoft wegsite and asking questions for IT in order for it to work on your system. It is buggy, but within time you can get it figured out.

    I Need better PC

    Haven't really gotten to play it yet cause I can't get it to load up and play on my computer. But I've loved Heroes of Might and Magic 1,2,3,4 and 5 so 6 and 7 have to be even more awesome. Can't wait to play them.

    Extremely fun game, as long as you are willing to shut off your antivirus!

    The game itself is great once you actually are able to run and play it. Runs well on Windows 8.1 with Bing, but it is important to shut off antivirus software first or it won't run.(at least with AVG) Once that was done the game ran great! It took me a while to figure out that when the game connects to Uplay the antivirus thinks its a trojan.

    If you love Heroes 2-5 than this part is worth looking at.

    Great game play, this game has all good from previous games and has some cool new features. Need some time to understand all special abilities that was added, but after that game play becomes realy exciting.
