Great product!
I was skeptical about using product because my lips are really chapped most of the time. I also pick at the dry skin as a habit. I have tried masks, chapsticks, scrubs, both natural and bought in store. Some worked for a time and seemed to solve the problem but my lips would continually get dry and chapped. This product works with very little maintenance. I just apply after shower or bath and let sit for hours. I've applied few times a night, as I am also bit nocturnal. It really makes my lips soft! I used a warm moist washcloth instead of tissue because the product wipes off easier. I am able to use a variety of lipsticks that kept on caking up and showing my dried lips before, now they just look more supple. It is also easier to kiss. I noticed after the first night, it was working. Everyone has different results depending on how bad your lips are, how many times you use it, and how much you apply. I dont reccomend eating after applying. This product, as it tastes bland and probably isnt healthy to eat in the first place. The smell is subtle. Use the spatula, because it is a bit of work to wash off your fingers. Also it's more hygienic and keeps the product clean from bacteria. You dont need to buy from sephora to get the product, as long as you're careful about buying online items. This brand is well known and has many other beauty products that work really well. You can watch YouTube for other people's reactions to the product, I found it somewhat helpful, but again, you only really know from trying yourself. I added a photo of before, that was after like 2nd use of the product and second photo is after 4th time and a scrub with a washcloth. Yes some skin got swiped off but I scrubbed a little too hard. My lips are less chapped then before.

Package was Speedy Deliver but Product was not as Expected
Perhaps this is my fault and should have asked more questions on product being Authentic. The product photo only showed a front picture of LANEIGE in English. The back of the product was all in Korean? Researched it and found non-authentic products exactly like the one I received for like $3. I do not like to use products that I can not verify the ingredients or authenticity. Have had bad skin irritations in the past from allergic reactions. Had I known this product was not in English I would not have purchased it. Now I have to throw the product away and will be out the money I spent on it when I could have just put that money toward an authentic English Product at Sephora or Ulta Beauty.Perhaps this is my fault and should have asked more questions on product being Authentic. Different than free Sephora sample
I first tried this mask from a free Sephora sample and fell in love with it and wanted to get more. The full size product listed here that I received is definitely a different formula than the sample I have. It’s thinner, smells different, and is much less effective. Also applicator was not included in box as pictured. Very disappointed.

Best Lip Care Product I've Used
This is the only product I have ever used that prevents my lips from cracking and heels them completely. I use it over night as well as during the day. No cons, but I prefer the scent of the standard one. Also, I had to wait for the delivery for a little more than a month, while I didn't have any left from the previous one. This time I've ordered 3x just to be on the safe side :)

cons: this is a fake, however, it is a pretty good dupe! I was doing an experiment and was comparing the original sephora lip mask with the ebay version, since it is obviously cheaper. I was pleasantly surprised when comparing them. The sephora version is more luxurious, it melts into the lips more easy. The ebay version is a bit more thick however, but still melts down and feels pretty good on the lips as well. Both seem to feel great on the lip. I do prefer the sephora one, but this one is pretty nice as well if you want something similar but don't want to spend as much<3 :)cons: this is a fake, however, it is a pretty good dupe!
