Product Information

The Birdman goes back underground for his sixth foray into video games, this direct sequel to 2003's RPG-style on-board adventure. As in the original Tony Hawk's Underground, THUG 2 centers on a player-created character, who must work his or her way up from suburban obscurity to extreme sport stardom. As in the previous game, players create their characters from scratch, assigning skill points and choosing from the widest array of appearance options yet offered in the series. Once created, the player's character is picked by Mr. Hawk himself, to lead a team of skaters against a rival gang in the game's "World Destruction Tour" competition, which plays out in famous cities around the globe.<br><br>The rival team in question is "Team Bam," and it's lead by extreme sports bad boy Bam Margera against the player's own "Team Hawk." Challenges are diverse, with goals that range from claiming turf with graffiti and stickers to more mischievously destructive objectives. Players can now annoy local pedestrians, by pelting them with projectiles, but they'll want to keep an eye out for new talent. There are over 20 different skater characters in the game (often found going about their non-skater business) who may be persuaded to join up and strengthen the player's team. Gamers can switch between teammate characters on the fly, allowing them to use the strengths of different skaters as different situations call for them.<br><br>In addition to the extensive character creation tools it offers, THUG 2 also lets players design their own tricks, skate parks, and even custom graffiti "tags." For old-school Pro Skater fans, THUG 2 also features a "Classic" mode, with a play style more similar to that of earlier entries in the franchise. Here, virtual skaters will race to complete familiar goals such as collecting letters to spell the word "SKATE," finding the secret video tape, and earning top scores in timed runs.

Its one of the best
This is by far one of the best tony games. Its full of unlockables and has a good amount of challenge. The classic mode is super fun especially if your a vetran to the games like me. The old school levels are really well done and stay true to the originals. I have this on gamecube and pc and ps2. I think the gamecube version has some slow down but it could just be me. I recommend any version tho. Creat a skater is great, sadly they removed creat a deck. And in its place you can chose a sticker and creat a tag. I would have prefered creat a deck. I cant think of any real flaws. This game is loads of fun and the replayability is great just like thug1. I love thug 1 and 2 allot. The story is kind of stupid but i dont really pay attention to it so its not a big deal. I mean no ones really ... This is by far one of the best tony games. Legends Never Die
Classic Tony Hawk title game with outstanding graphics (for it's time) and a hilariously fun and ridiculous story mode. This game comes equipped with maps from Pro Skater 1, as well as the classic story mode. There is so much to do, explore, and experience in this game. Definitely one of, if not the best game in the entire series. Goofy, cool, funny, gnarly, action packed, it's overall a great experience for a video game. Nostalgia
And not using that word as tossed around like it was with Tony Hawks Pro Skater 5. This game has been my #1 tony hawk game for a reason. I love this game so much and I can't wait to play it

Perfect and nostalgic
I loved this game as a kid and my discs were scratched and skipped a lot of gameplay but im so glad i could buy it sealed and experience it all over again!!!! Thank you so much.

Fun, Whimsical, and entertaining!
A rough follow-up from THUG 1, because it includes a story of a created character that was stolen from a familiar New Jersey location along with Eric Sparrow. The World Destruction Tour as this game is based around is a "Jackass" -esque skateboard tour around the world with many locations. There are extra characters, pros, and secret characters that ride more than just skateboards; from go-carts to a mechanical bull!
