  The item was lost in transit and unsuccessfully delivered. However, seller went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Seller was quick to respond, provided a refund without issue, and offered additional efforts to make the situation good. Despite initial frustration, I purchased the item a second time due to the quality service of this seller. I also plan on leaving a review once the second order (hopefully) arrives.   I couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience! The jacket was delivered properly, and the seller kept in contact with me throughout the process. I had actually been searching for a jacket like this for several years with no luck! This jacket exceeds all expectations, and I will no doubt they shopping from this merchant again!

  The product arrived on time, corresponds to the description, high quality. I'm happy with the purchase. The only thing that upset me was that the delivery was via Fedix and they left the parcel at the door, although our apartments have an office. Such things need to be handed over or left in the office, as they can be stolen under the door, please have them for the future. Thank you very much, in general I am pleased with the product.
