    Loop-d-Loop by Teva Durham

    This is a wonderful collection of innovative knitting patterns. Of the 40-odd patterns included there are at least 15 that I want to try. The photographs are really good and, from what I have read so far, the instructions are easy enough to follow. Ms. Durham's 4-page introduction indicates that she loves all kinds of yarn, all thickness of yarn and all manner of wearable art pieces. It is a fairly heavy book and, if you intend to "knit on the train", you will need to copy the pattern you intend working on. I never do that, I mostly knit at home out of a picnic basket and like to have a real book open at the relevant page on the coffee table in front of me. If you like to collect books of knitting patterns, you should have this one.
