      Highly recommend these water weights

      I am 45 have always been in shape until these last few years I have had multiple back hip and knee surgeries making it difficult at best to work out and stay in shape. Having these weights in the pool with me has helped me get back in shape and lose 17 pounds at the moment with ten more to go. I do everything from curls to walking with them back and forth in the pool using them to help my stride and provide resistance under water. I love these weights and will buy more. I can't believe I never tried these before. They are perfect therapy for me. They are well made I've had mine for months now and you can find them for under twenty dollars for a pair.

      Light Weight Water Dumbbells

      These weights are very light, which is what I was looking for. They're also easy to hold onto if you have arthritic hands. They do "wiggle" a little, and water gets into the tops. They feel a little flimsy, but for now at least they do the job for me at a good price.

      Great weights for arthritis

      It is quite hard to find the smaller hand bouys for water exercise. These are just the right size for those of us with arthritis, or shoulder issues. Thank you! The amount of foam dictates how hard the bouys are to push below the water. This set works well for me!

      Water workout

      I love the color! However, I discovered your definition of “light” and mine doesn’t coincide. I have difficulty keeping them under the water surface when exercising.
