i don't feel it was deliberate, but the seller's item description said open box, which by ebay's definition means everything's there. everything wasn't. if i hadn't been replacing one that no longer worked the item would have been useless because the plumbing hookup items were not with it. as i was i had to go out and buy a cap to prevent accidents because this was a hot/cod unit and replaced a single feed unit so the extra hookup didn't have what was needed to connect it.

Outstanding features and quality. Pleasantly surprised. The only negative thing to say is that they should put large red notice on the front of the booklet that the hose that comes out of the wall that goes to the bottom of the toilet tank should be replaced with a true flexable hose. Ours was 37 years old and quite ridged. Typically, I think people read the instructions and think they get the gest of it then go ahead with installation. Anger inducing to try to get a flexable hose to flex that isn't at all flexable. Once that hose is replaced the rest is easy and works exceptionally well. We have 2 bathrooms and bought 2 and wouldn't have it any other way.Outstanding features and quality. Pleasantly surprised. worth the price for an affordable plastic bidet
Like most bidets like this one the connectors are made out of plastic and unfortunately easy to snap off when installing or a slip when cleaning, as you can guess this happened to me and I still recommend this brand as the knobs and features are great for the value (under $40). My only other negative critique would be that the water pressure is tempermental, it doesn't have a great sweet spot at low pressure to ease into, and can be startling for new users.Like most bidets like this one the connectors are made out of plastic and unfortunately easy to snap off when installing or a slip when cleaning, as you can guess this happened to me and I still recommend this brand as the knobs and features are great for the value (under $40). It's good but could use a bit more improvements.
People who bought this always complained about strong pressure so they buy a valve separately to control the flow. That's what I did. But the feeling of too much pressure isn't actually the water flow, it's the concentrated stream of water trying to get into your "hole". I wish the spray would be a bit wider to get more cleaning coverage. I find that it doesn't clean the sides of your hole too well and you have to constantly shift your bottom in many ways to get better cleaning coverage. My entire life I have used a water dipper to clean my bottom and I hate having to use toilet paper. I thought having a bidet would be so much better but I guess I was wrong with this one. There are a few advantages though. No more water spillage outside of the bowl, this is the main reason I sill ... I consider this Bidet is one of the best I ever had... It is easy to use, easy to install, good even for people with hand arthritis...

Time to Spritz!
This is a great device for those who are into hygiene. This make the fourth one I have purchased and I have experienced zero failures. I like that I can control the flow with the convenient handle and the spray position is a nice feature.
