  • Almost..Perfect

I really wanted to have a complete definitive collection of Def Lep videos. They almost made that happen, but there is one video that most every fan will know of and love that is absent. It is "Me And My Wine". A classic Def Lep video and song that shows the band in their early prime just before Rick's accident and just after Phil Collen joined the band. It is a hilarious video that shows the band at their most loose and relaxed just screwing around for the camera and having alot of fun. It is also really noteable for the fact that Steve Clarke is shown smiling throughout- something rarely seen in any of the other videos or live performances.

  • Band Commentary alone is worth the price!

It wasn't hard to choose between the CD or DVD version of this release - kind of a no-brainer. I knew I was getting a solid "best Of" collection that spanned the career of Def Leppard up to that time (granted, with what I considered to be some glaring exceptions, but what true Def Leppard fan doesn't have their own personal favorites that they consider far too great to leave out of ANY "greatest" anthology?). What I didn't expect and dearly LOVE about this DVD, though, is the option to listen to the band's commentary all the way through the DVD - including the special features. This is nothing short of a gift. The guys are so laid-back and funny making observations about everything from their clothes to the size of their noses to how and where the ...

  • Awesome

Just like Historia without hello america, let it go, high n' dry, bringin' on the heartbreak with pete willis, too late for love,& rock rock. But it has Lets get rocked and have you ever needed someone so bad from adrenalize album, two steps behind from retro active, promises, and work it out from euphoria, now from x, and a bonus video of the recording of no matter what from Yeah. Overall good but not great. But it's a must have for all the Leppard fans out there.

  • Rock Of Ages

Def Leppard will always be one of my favorite bands. I began listening to them when "Pyromania" first came out and instantly became a fan. The song "Hysteria" is actually my favorite song of all time! Def Leppard's videos are pretty standard as music videos go, nothing special about them except the music. This collection is very cool and entertaining and definitely worth the money, especially if you're a fan of the band and their music.

  • how the leppard 'rox'

If you are a big fan of DEF LEPPARD like me this is the best comprehensive recording. the sound is as fine as the video. The best way to view is with the 'band comments' turned on. The gize cover everything from the video director, locations and dates of 'shoot' to the band's equipment, stage crew and songwriting.there is a neat feature that all dvds should have. The ability to make your own playing order of the songs and vids.Respectable references to steve Clark's contributions and summations of 'who' played 'what' on many tunes as well as the development of Rick's multifunctional drum pedal kit after his arm losing car wreck. Just a Great overall Leppard dvd!
