NBA 2k12 is a good deal, with amazing graphics that bring the game to life.
NBA 2k12 really set the bar in basketball games from here on out. 2k Sports was able to make this game come alive with the presentations of the game and graphics of the players, fans, and everything really. This game gets a 4/5 in my book. Still things they need to work on, such as: More diverse commentary. They did a great job this year by adding in lots more for us to here. Something on just about every player in the game. However, most players only have 1 or 2 things they talk about, and after awhile it gets annoying and you don't want to listen anymore; Repetitive Animations. The one that's always in my head is a dunk, where the CPU (and sometimes player) goes up and dunks the ball with 2 hands right over the defender. The defender just sits there and takes the posterization of this ... Things like that make it less fun, but overall this game still has much to offer with all the new features and game modes they've added in. My Player once again made vast improvements and is a really fun game mode. Online got better, but connections still a bit lousy every once in awhile, but solid over previous years, and other sports games.

Great basketball gaming experience
Like any other basketball games out there, NBA 2K12 performs very well and is quite easy to get used to all the movements if you´ve had any experience with other basketball games in the past. It has a great customizable character gameplay and performs well online gaming with friends or random people from around the world. There´s no need to go looking for the newest game of the year with subtle updates that are always on higher price ranges to find out you can have plenty of fun with this sport game if that´s the genre of your liking.Like any other basketball games out there, NBA 2K12 performs very well and is quite easy to get used to all the movements if you´ve had any experience with other basketball games in the past. Fun, Entertaining, Smooth...
I really like the feel of this game. I'm not a crazy gamer, but I enjoy sports games that aren't too easy or too hard. It plays smoothly and brings a realistic quality to the experience. I've had a few NBA 2Ks in the past, and a couple years didn't impress me (2K9 and 2K11). I love playing this one. You have to use more strategy and run more plays than in previous games, where I used to dominate just by running pick and rolls all the time. This game is actually a challenge (if you want it to be). I just bought this one a few months ago, and I have no intention of buying any of the next couple NBA 2Ks because this one can entertain me for a while.I really like the feel of this game. Almost the greatest
The game itself is the most realistic yet, it has all my favorite legends but some greats are not here like Charles Barkley and Bernard King, but the general concept is pretty good and the inclusion of so many great legendary players and teams with today stars is awesome. It doesn't have the real coaches like the last one but has improved in gameplay, graphics, mechanics and of course have much more selection of real players. For this type of game what really missed is not having included the most realistic Slam Dunk Contest simulation.The game itself is the most realistic yet, it has all my favorite legends but some greats are not here like Charles Barkley and Bernard King, but the general concept is pretty good and the inclusion of so many great legendary players and teams with today stars is awesome.
