    Classic Batman at it's best

    A wise man once said "The 60s Batman movie is the greatest ever." I should know, because I was that wise man. OK, it might not be the greatest movie, but it is one of the awesomest movies ever. Only in 'Batman' could intelligent writers come up with some of the most illogical situations and cheesiest dialog committed to screen. A Yacht disappears in Gotham Harbour ("How can a yacht simply disappear... unless, it was never really there!"). On board was a 'superdehydrator', a machine that can extract the moisture from any living being, and in of the most logical displays of logic ever, Batman and friends logically come to the (correct) conclusion that the culprits are the combined forces of Penguin, Joker, the Riddler and Catwoman, apparently intent on world domination.     CULT CLASSIC!!!

    I LOVE this movie! It is so quirky! The catch phrases, the riddles, the goofy antics, the ridiculous stunts, and, of course, POW all across your screen! This movie is one I probably quote on a daily basis. I LOVE the exploding shark, and the giant bomb Batman carries around for a while. Holy Heartbreak, Batman! You know, I miss this batman. The Batman they've introduced in the Dark Knight series is all about fear and the mind. This Batman was all about public safety and patriotism. He wasn't something for people to fear, and he encouraged people to better themselves... Not learn Kung-Fu...

    great movie,really funny,pity about the DRM

    OK, so this is the Adam West/Burt Ward Batman, so this is definitely the go if you like your Batman over the top and sixties style. This print is great, bright coloured and clear. On the downside it seems to be encoded with some new kind of copy protection that makes it practically impossible to transcode to portable devices like ipods or even play in anything other than your region 1 DVD player. This guy will not rip and I really tried hard.
