The 9-point AiAF helps to ensure pictures are always perfectly focused, even when the subject is not centered. Take up to 180 second movie clips, complete with sound recording and playback on the generous 1.8" LCD monitor. For very high definition playback on a TV, the camera can even record up to 30 second VGA clips. Every function on the PowerShot A75 works with you to help take great photos. Canon Visionary Technologies combine in the form of a superb quality lens, precision sensor and super fast processor to ensure accurate, high clarity image rendering. To speed up focusing and optimize exposures, the camera analyzes the scene and makes setting adjustments even before the shutter release is pressed.

    Liked it enough to buy another

    This was purchased as a replacement for an A75 that failed. I had lenses and case from the old one but really I like the camera enough to buy again. With only 3mp It takes better pictures than the 20mp Sony I originally bought to replace the first A75. I also appreciate the outstanding service that Canon provides. The sensor on the original A75 was replaced at no cost when the camera was 3years past the warranty period.

    Awesome Camera

    This is an easy to use point & shoot camera that takes great pictures. The batteries last quite a long time, and will take around 500 pictures with just one set of 4 batteries. I've used this camera for years with great results. With a 2Gb memmory card you can take about 2500 high quality pictures. Unles you plan to blow up your pictures the size of a house, there is NO need for more than this 3.2 MP quality. They print like a 35 MM picture. Awesome quality.

    Awesome camera, great value for small price!

    This is a great little camera with tons of features. It is easy to use, and easy on batteries. It takes great pictures including close-ups, all of which are easily downloaded for ebay transactions. I have much newer, more sophisticated cameras, but I prefer this one for overall performance from a small package. Love it!

    Unfortunately, the camera only works in playback mode, not in camera mode - to be clear on this, I know the risk on purchasing used video equipment - i gambled and lost - in its day, this was a great camera - I use it in an underwater housing and it took great pics - they just dont work well when someone drops them - the shipping was more than what I paid for the camera

    great product, good value for the $$ have used this camera for years and continue to purchase used ones where ever we can find them; very sturdy camera, takes great pictures, easy to use, would recommend it to the beginner of using digital cameras, and will continue to look for these cameras for sale on Ebay.
