Small and super easy to pick
My teenager who had never held a lock pick in his hand before picked this lock in under 1 minute. Someone with even a tad bit of experience can do it in under 10 seconds without much effort with a bobby pin. The lock seems well built and would probably last for years on a school locker or to keep the kids out of the cookie jar. However it provides absolutely no security against lock picking or brute force such as a large screwdriver or pry bar. Good beginner lock to pick.
I wouldn't recommend this lock if your protecting anything worth over 10 dollars. It's pretty easy to pick in under 2 minutes and I could break it with a claw hammer in about two hits. Like title states, it's a good lock to practice picking if you're a beginner.

The "D" stands for Downgraded
Bought this lock because I believed it would have security pins. It does not. Another model in Master's rich history of replacing with cheap, worthless cores to save a few pennies.

Master lock 140
Item was shipped to me within a pretty reasonable amount of time. Packaging wasn’t damaged and the lock wasn’t either. I can’t recommend this lock for serious protection since these have a reputation for being easily picked, hence why I bought one to practice my own lock pick skill. Overall great experience.

This lock is total junk. No security at all.
The 140 is supposed to have security pins. This lock has none. I was able to open it with the most basic of tools.
