    Appetite for Profit by Michele Simon

    This book is very thought compelling and shows that the food industry is dominated by many companies that are using consumers. Companies like Kraft, General Mills,and McDonald's are mass producing food that has very low nutrients and making a hefty profit on their products. Fortunately, many groups are lobbying to stop them and reform the food they distribute. The author has many key points and makes many valid arguments. A great book to read if you want to learn more about what you are eating and what they are feeding our children.
