Great audio but that's about it
Plantronics makes some great products but give this one a miss for number of reasons: It's _not_ Bluetooth--it uses a proprietary transceiver so if you lose or it fails, you're out of luck. Not only does it take up a USB port but you'll need a powered hub since it draws a bit of power. In addition, because it doesn't use Bluetooth you can't control the device the transceiver is connected to with any functions other the skipping to/from the next track of a media player; any advanced functions in the player, phone, etc., can't be accessed. Very limited range. I can get around 3-4 meters (10-12 ft) before it loses its connection...and that's in a common apartment with hollow walls. Bad fit. The ear cups become uncomfortable after a short while. I, admittedly, have a big head but after ... I get about 3-4 hours' use (playing music, and not loudly) before a recharge is needed. The only notable feature of this headset is that the audio is great, both to the ears and from the microphone.

Great Sound Quality!
The sound quality is great. People I talk to often noticed that I sound is far better using this than old headset that I had. It could be perfect but I know it that there are still some things that it can improve on.

Plantronics Perfection
I purchased these headphones to be free of wires when gaming, skyping or just listening to music. These headphones have an amazing sound with a a good bass and high end. Their range is surprising at about 20-30 feet. The microphone is the best feature which is crystal clear in voice. It can be instantly muted by swinging the arm up. The battery life is very good for the rated 8 hours. The only setback is that you can't use these headphones while they are charging --that's why I purchased 2 of them! Now I'm in heaven with never having to be without them. The are very comfortable and you hardly know you are wearing them at times. Highly recommended. Plantronics audio 995 headset
Ear Cushions are falling apart after only a few days of use. The on-off switch does not work properly and the battery is questionable.
