A Game Filled With Nostalgia...
I really enjoy playing Pinball Hall of Fame - the Williams Collection for the PS2...the motivation for initially purchasing this videogame is to bring back the nostalgia in playing these classic pinball games growing up; it has certainly accomplished this! I wish they would had included more classic tables here, like Banzai Run or Earth Shaker...but for the price of this game, it is definitely worth it. I have bought this game because I love to play pinballs it is hard to find new one as this one was when I bought it and as long as I can find such games and ps2 consoles I will continue to buy these things I love the play of the Williams pinballs that I love so much ..

I have this game on both PS2 and PSP. I actually find the PSP version easier to play. My one big gripe with this game is you can't set up your buttons how you want them, and i'm not in love with their set up. The play isn't quite that of a real table...how could it be, but with the lack of real tables out there to be played, it'll do. The game comes with almost too many unlockables, one of which is customizing the ball. I found it much easier to play with the bright yellow smiley face ball than the silver ones as the silver ones blend in with the backgrounds rather easily. A Highly addictive game from Crave Games! Pinball wizards and novices can enjoy! The tables are so real and it really makes a player feel like they are at an arcade from the 1980s! Dark Knight, Gorgar,Fun House and Space Shuttle are my top tables I like to play! The PS2 version doesn't have the 10 tables like the PSP version. Missing in action are Sorcerer and Jive Time. Heres a list of what the PS2 version offers: Black Knight Fire power Fun House Gorgar Pinbot Space shuttle Taxi Whirlwind Once you pick up this game, it is hard to put it down! A great pinball title for your PS2!
As a kid and even now as an adult I've always enjoyed playing pinball machines. The sights, the sounds, and the excitement that pinball gives is just so entertaining to me. I picked this game up here on eBay for my PS2 just to see what it would be like. WOW was I suprised at how much fun the game really is! All the pinball tables represented here were really made and distibuted by Williams and they look, sound, and play just like the real ones you can play in the arcade. There are 8 different tables that can be played and my favorite one is "Whirlwind". There are so many ramps, targets, and goals here to keep me busy easily for a long while. I just played this game in an arcade not long ago and the game and ball physics appear to be the same as the game here for the PS2. I've always wanted ... If you enjoy playing pinball games, I would absolutley recommend this game!
