Between the 1st and 2nd orders I made they decreased the price by $5 per hard drive. I reached out to them and asked about price matching, and they did it the same day! They also packaged the hard drives very securely, mailed them quickly, and I'm happy to report they all work as expected. I couldn't be happier with their service so far. Would gladly purchase from them again (for a 4th time)!

The HDD I received turned out to be malfunctioning, various SMART info was showing errors, could not run a SMART test, could not format the drive. Contacted the seller and they responded within a couple hours, they provided a shipping label for the return and then sent a new one which is working perfectly. Great seller, will be buying from them again.

There was an issue with one of the drives which was dead on arrival where notification to the seller was received with a prompt response with direction to conduct the return through the eBay returns. Will buy from the seller again!
