    Perhaps rent this one instead of buying it.

    Brandon Routh plays Dylan Dog, a private eye who specializes in the paranormal. Only thing is he is no longer hunting down paranormals he has retired from that job but the case by his new client is leading him back into the world he left behind. This movie is good but it lacks a lot of the action that you would expect from a vampire, werewolf, ghost hunting movie. Routh, who stared in Superman Returns, gives a good performance but he lacks the enthusiasm needed for this role. Overall its a good movie but I would not recommend running out and buying it unless you are a dye hard Routh fan or just want to watch every paranormal movie made.

    Worth watching with a different story plot than most horror flicks

    This movie has a small twist to the evil vs good summary, Dylan is the go between the monsters (good and bad) and the humans, his ability to mediate and resolve crisis between those factors are highly regarded and he is summoned to straighten many conflicts out. During a dark period Dylan crosses the line and is not trusted afterwards by few and thus the story begins. Not bad for a different type of horror movie, plots move along and the story unfolds throughout, this movie kept my interest and was better than most of your b movies. Camera, lighting and scenes are of good quality. If you like horror with vampires, werewolves, mutant zombies etc with a story line and plot than this movie works. I enjoyed it.
