Sent a defective light switch with unit only offered a 2.75 partial refund or a used light switch takes a solid day to get back to you between msgs I ended up buying a new switch as I didn't trust there products or there services after a week I let go of getting any compensation for an actual new working switch let my loss be your lesson get own avoid this used parts rebuild who will do anything but warranty there product pics of mutli meter on switch

We offered replacement part or partial refund since we carry spare parts for all our units. Buyer wanted a FULL refund for the entire purchase and keeping the part or full refund on the parts he purchased on his own.

Paint inside reservoir?
I’m giving it a 2 star review but it is worth a buy if you’re on a budget. 2007 NINJA 500 EX500 GPZ500 -Yes the thread for the banjo/brake line is on the left face, not forward like OEM. even supplied a banjo bolt with 2 washer. This did not hurt the review. -Comes with atmosphere guard under the cap, but the screw holes were off a tad, making assembly annoying and makes me worry about how well it will keep moisture out. This hurt my review a bit. -The hardware for the screws and bolts were not high quality, I suggest replacing with new hardware, i stripped a screw that goes into the top cap, easily. This hurt the rating a bit. -Right lever bolt That holds the pin that rotates the lever; needs to have a crush washer or nylon threaded bolt. Also be sure not to over tighten it as it will ... Also be sure not to over tighten it as it will not work, (I put finger tight and 3/4ths turn after and it bent together) the metal is poor and will bend and will not allow for lever return. I had to rebend out after accidentally over tightening. Be soft with it. This hurt the rating. -The clutch cable retainer screw was not threaded correctly, went in at an angle, it was shipped like that to me also screwed in like that, not sure how they missed it. I replaced mine with an aftermarket one from DennisKirk. This hurt the rating. -There is no lever adjustment. They sit farther away than stock, maybe about half inch or so. This did not hurt my rating. -Perches aren’t perfect 7/8th, even after full tighten, if you push down on them, they will move slightly, the clamps that get bolted together for the 7/8ths handlebars are slightly too small, they put a lot of tension on the bolts that hold them together ; so I’ve recommended replacing the 8mm bolts. This hurt my rating. -OEM Safety Clutch Switch has 3 Prongs, this piece has only 2, you will ALWAYS need to pull the clutch to start the bike regardless if it is in Neutral or not. This hurt the review. -*****My Brake master cylinder has paint INSIDE the reservoir, also had lots of dust and dirt inside of it, be sure to clean it as well as possible before putting it together, I’m very unhappy about the paint inside the master cylinder, it’s an easy way to contaminate the brake fluid. Literally a life and death mistake if someone’s brake fluid fails from over heating because of displaced paint particles floating about. or even worse if it separates from the wall of the master cylinder and goes into the pump, the entire brake system can fail instantly from clogging. This hurt my review for this part the most. All in all? They work and gives good brake pressure ,but bet I will replace it within a 2 month period. A decent “hold me over” set. But nothing more. there are too many issues installing for it to make me feel safe while going through the canyons.

Kawasaki brake master cylinder
Description says it fits Kawasaki prairie and yes it can fit but you must turn the brake line 90 degrees. Also this reservoir is much larger than the original and does not allow you to use your rubber mud guard from the factory. Still this is a good quality and great price. I would recommend it

Reservoir is much larger than the OEM on the KLX250. This causes it to take up much more space on the handlebar. Also, the reach between handlebar and lever is further than OEM. Apparently, the lever is custom to this cylinder so aftermarket adjustable levers are not available (see photo comparing OEM lever [silver] to provided lever [back]. Vacuum bled and it pulls tight very quickly, but the strength of pull required is much more than OEM to get the same breaking action. So far, so good
I bought this for a 1982 GPZ 550 I'm in the process of making into a fun, safe learning bike for my son. The front master cylinder installed easily and bled quickly. Had a firm lever in no time at all. Had no issues installing the clutch perch either. These are not identical to the OEM's, but good enough for me, I'm looking for functionality and could care less if it costs me in a concours event.
