I rate this a 4 out of 5. The price was right which is a big plus. But the seller did not inform that the box was previously opened. It appears to be a return item. I discovered that an E- clip was missing from the zero adjuster. I was lucky enough to have one laying around. If not, the adjuster would move around and fall out of adjustment with use. Since I could fix it, it was not worth going through a return cycle, Check your purchased item carefully.

The seller had pictures of the item for sale and charts that showed the different parts which was very helpful. The seller communicated the price and the fact that it was used but in very good condition. The seller gave the shipping amt. and the approximate days that it would take to ship. The item we purchased was what it said it was. I am happy with the item we purchased.
