But being a somewhat delicate item, and the way I've seen postal workers handle packages, the item unfortunately was damaged in transit. The seller responded immediately. She was very understanding and offered full refund. I have done business with the seller before, and I will gladly do business with her in the future. She made everything go smoothly. Had pan in the mail as soon as she received the payment. I would absolutely buy from the seller again. Pan was packed extremely well, lots of bubble wrap along with packing paper. I think it could’ve been kicked like a football and nothing would’ve happened to it.

After it failed to arrive, I contacted the seller and they filled out a "Missing Package" form through the post office website, and it was never located. The seller then contacted me and told me since it never arrived that they were refunding my money.
